Refund Policy

01Who this policy covers

Zonovva (“Zonovva”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — the parent brand of the Zonovva group, trading as Zonovva Pvt Ltd and registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam (UDYAM-MH-26-1073317), Pune, Maharashtra, India. Incorporation of Zonovva Private Limited is in progress. Until it completes, the operating entity is Zonovva, a Udyam-registered micro enterprise owned by Tejas Sakore. On incorporation these policies continue to apply to the incorporated company and this page will be updated with the CIN.

It applies to payments made to any Zonovva brand: Zonovva Creative Agency, Imaginex Web Solutions, TrustLoop, Zonovva Automation, Innovatia Gen Technologies and Zonovva Global Community (together, the “Zonovva brands”). Product-specific refund terms published by a brand (for example Imaginex subscription terms) apply in addition.

02Our position

We ask for an advance because we schedule capacity, decline other work and begin immediately. That is also why we scope everything in writing first — so there are no surprises that would lead to a refund request.

03Before work begins

If you cancel in writing before any work has started, the advance is refunded in full minus any transaction charges already incurred.

04After work begins

Once work has begun, the advance covers time already committed and is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project we will hand over everything completed up to that point.

Where a project stalls because we have not delivered against the agreed scope or timeline for reasons within our control, we will either complete the work or refund the proportion covering undelivered items. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

05Monthly retainers and subscriptions

Retainers and subscriptions are billed in advance and are not refundable for the period in progress. Cancel with the notice stated in your scope of work or on the brand website and no further invoices are raised. Where a subscription includes a stated trial or satisfaction period, that period’s terms apply.

06Advertising spend

Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or another platform and is never held by us. Refunds on ad spend are a matter between you and that platform.

07Products and hardware

When Zonovva Automation and Innovatia Gen Technologies products become available, each will carry a stated warranty and return window at the point of sale. Custom-manufactured boards and installed systems are non-returnable except for defects covered by warranty.

08Work that is defective

If a deliverable does not match the written scope of work, that is not a refund question — we fix it. Corrections to work that does not meet the agreed specification are made at no cost within the defect-fix window stated in your scope. A refund is only considered where a defect cannot reasonably be corrected.

09What is not refundable

Time already spent on strategy, research, design, development or engineering is not refundable, because it has been delivered whether or not the project continues.

Third-party costs already paid on your behalf — domains, hosting, plugins, stock assets, components and advertising spend — are not refundable, as they are non-recoverable from the supplier.

A change of mind, a change in your business plans, or a decision to move to another provider does not create a refund entitlement for work already performed.

10How to raise a request and how it is assessed

Email info@zonovva.com with your quotation or invoice number, the brand you engaged and what has gone wrong. We acknowledge within two working days.

We review the scope of work against what was delivered and reply with a written position within seven working days. If a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method within ten working days of agreement.

11If we cannot agree

We would rather resolve a disagreement directly than formally. If that fails, these matters are governed by Indian law and subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, as stated in our terms of service.
