What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, application or newsletter form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number and any message you choose to provide.
If you begin filling an enquiry form, the details you have typed so far are sent to us as you go (a snapshot roughly every fifteen seconds, when you switch tabs and when you leave) together with the point you stopped at, whether or not you press send. We do this so we can follow up on an enquiry that did not make it through, and we treat that information exactly as we treat a completed enquiry. Ask us and we will delete it.
When you visit the site our own visitor-intelligence script records the pages you view, the buttons and links you press, how far down a page you scroll, how long you stay and how active you are, your device, operating system, browser, screen and viewport size, language, time zone, connection type, battery level, graphics hardware and page performance timings, plus the site, search or campaign that sent you. Your IP address is looked up once per visit to give us your approximate city, region, country, time zone and internet provider. A random visitor ID is stored in a cookie (set for the whole zonovva.com domain) and in browser storage so we can recognise a returning visitor, and we compute a device fingerprint (a one-way hash of your screen, graphics hardware, installed fonts, language and time zone) so we can recognise the same device even after cookies are cleared. We also record where your pointer moves and how you scroll on each page, whether an ad blocker is active, and the number (not the content) of cameras and microphones your browser reports. When you follow a link from this site to another Zonovva website (zonovva.com, trustloop.zonovva.com, imaginexweb.com, tejassakore.com) your visitor ID travels with you so your visit is one record across the network. All of this is written to a Google Sheet that only Zonovva staff can open. It is not linked to your name unless you also submit a form.
We also use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and, when campaigns are running, Meta and LinkedIn tags. These set their own cookies and receive your IP address, device and browsing data under their own privacy policies. Collection starts when the page loads under our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our websites; you can stop it at any time with Opt out of tracking in the cookie notice, or Cookie choices in the footer, and the choice is remembered for a year.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any payment is handled directly between us by invoice and bank transfer.
02How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate about a potential or active project.
Analytics and browsing data is used to understand which pages are useful, where the site can be improved, and to know when someone is looking at our work so we can be ready to answer quickly.
Details from an unfinished form are used only to follow up on that enquiry. Visitor data is used to improve our websites, to understand which content and campaigns work, and to prepare for enquiries. We do not use it for anything else and we never sell it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
04Cookies
This site uses an essential cookie to remember your tracking choice, a first-party visitor ID cookie (zv_id, 400 days) and session storage for the current visit, plus the analytics and marketing cookies set by the tools listed above. Use Opt out of tracking in the cookie notice or Cookie choices in the footer to switch everything except the essential cookie off; you can also block or delete cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
05How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to twenty-four months from last contact. Active client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as Indian tax and record-keeping requirements apply.
06Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email, or by replying to ask.
07Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
08Lawful basis for processing
We process personal data on three bases. Contract — where the data is needed to quote for, deliver or support work you have engaged us for. Legitimate interest — where we respond to an enquiry, keep basic records of who we have worked with, or secure our own systems. Consent — where you have explicitly opted in, for example to a mailing list. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting work already done.
We do not process special category data (health, biometric, religious or political information) and ask that you do not send it to us.
09Client account access
Delivering websites, Google Business Profiles, analytics and social accounts often means being granted access to systems that belong to you. We ask for the lowest level of access that allows the work to be done, and we ask to be added as a user rather than being given your password.
Where a password cannot be avoided, it is stored in a password manager, never in email or chat, and we ask you to rotate it once the engagement ends. Access is removed at handover unless you have asked us to stay on for maintenance.
10Processors we rely on
We use third-party services to run our business, and your data may pass through them. These typically include email and document hosting, a website host, analytics, a payment gateway and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Business. Each is used under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising or profiling by anyone else. Where a processor stores data outside India, that transfer is covered by the provider's own safeguards.
11Security
Accounts we control use unique passwords and two-factor authentication where the platform supports it. Devices are password-protected and encrypted. Access to client material is limited to the people working on that engagement.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data we will tell you what happened, what data was involved and what we are doing about it, without undue delay.
12Marketing and portfolio use
We may show delivered work in our portfolio, on social media and in proposals, including your business name, logo and screenshots of public-facing work. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing and we will remove it — before or after publication, at no cost.
Confidential material, internal documents and anything covered by a signed NDA is never published.
13Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. For active clients, changes that affect how we handle your data will be sent to you directly rather than only posted here.
