Terms of Service

01Scope of work

Every engagement is governed by a written scope of work shared and agreed before any work begins. Deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, payment schedule and exclusions are stated in that document.

Anything not stated in the scope of work is not included in the scope of work. Additional requests are quoted separately with their own cost and timeline.

02Payment

70% of the project value is payable in advance before work begins. The remaining 30% is payable before final file delivery or go-live.

Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month in advance and carry a three-month minimum term.

All prices quoted are final. Zonovva Creative is not GST-registered, so no GST or additional tax is applied.

Advertising spend on Google, Meta or any other platform is paid directly by the client and is separate from our service fees.

03Revisions and changes

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are charged at ₹1,500 each.

Feedback means corrections within the agreed scope. Changes to the scope itself carry a separate cost and timeline.

Rush delivery inside three days carries a 25% premium on the package price.

04Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing content, brand assets, credentials and approvals within the agreed timeline. Delays on the client side do not extend our delivery commitment.

The client warrants that any content, images or trademarks supplied to us are theirs to use and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

05Ownership and intellectual property

All final deliverables become the property of the client once payment is complete in full.

Domain, hosting, analytics, Search Console, advertising accounts and the Google Business Profile are registered in the client's name from the outset.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

Working files, internal research and unused concepts remain ours unless explicitly purchased.

06Cancellation

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with thirty days written notice after the three-month minimum term.

Advance payments on one-time projects cover work already scheduled and commenced and are non-refundable, except as set out in our refund policy.

07What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee search engine rankings, social media reach, advertising performance or revenue outcomes. These depend on factors outside our control including platform algorithm changes, competitor activity and market conditions.

We commit to the work described in the scope of work and to reporting results honestly, including in months where results are flat.

08Liability

Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, business or data.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

10Quotes and acceptance

Prices shown on the website are starting figures. A quote becomes binding only when it is issued as a written scope of work and confirmed by you. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Zonovva Creative is not GST-registered, so no GST or additional tax is added to any quoted figure. Prices are final as quoted.

11Timelines and delays

Timelines in your scope of work assume that content, approvals, credentials and feedback arrive when requested. Delays on your side move the delivery date by at least the length of the delay; they do not shorten our working time.

If a project is paused by you for more than 30 days, we may reschedule the remaining work into the next available slot rather than hold capacity open.

12Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock assets, fonts and paid platform subscriptions are billed at cost and are separate from our fees. Advertising budgets on Meta and Google are paid by you directly to the platform, so you keep full visibility and control.

Where a third-party service changes its pricing or terms mid-engagement, we will tell you before committing you to anything.

13Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement.

We are happy to sign your NDA. If you do not have one, these terms apply.

14Support after handover

One-time projects include a defect-fix window stated in your scope of work. During that window we fix anything that does not work as specified, at no cost.

Changes of mind, new features and content updates after handover are new work, quoted separately or covered by a maintenance retainer.

15Suspension for non-payment

If an invoice is materially overdue we may pause work and withhold delivery of files or account transfers until it is settled. We will always give notice in writing before pausing anything.

Ownership of deliverables transfers on full payment, so work that has not been paid for remains ours.

16Force majeure

Neither side is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control — including extended power or internet failure, platform outages, natural events or government action. We will tell you promptly and agree a revised timeline.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future engagements. The terms that apply to your project are the ones in force on the date your scope of work was confirmed.
